Serves as entry point to Homeward Bound's adult services. 35 beds are available for nightly stays and 20 are open to residents for up to a month.

Provides permanent supportive housing and transitional housing for chronically homeless individuals. Also provides transportation, operates a weekly food pantry, as well as provides Social Security Representative Payee services and VA Fiduciary services, with on-site access and presence in Solano County.
