    Provides dial-a-ride services for seniors and those who are unable to drive due to a disability that qualifies for a California DMV disabled permit. Wheelchair vans are available. Free transportation on all Thousand Oaks Transit Buses with Westlake Village Dial-A-Ride card.

    Payment Description: $3 one-way trip. If the trip is outside the City of Westlake Village and not to a program eligible location, the rider will be responsible for the full cost of the additional mileage beyond 4 miles, which is the then-current per mile rate.

    Intake and Eligibility: Minimum age requirement for rides on the senior Dial-A-Ride program is 65 years of age. Disabled riders must show ADA (Adults with Disabilities Act) cards or temporary disabled letter from a physician.
