  • Eligibility: Very low-income Veteran families. Veteran must have served active duty and was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Veteran households cannot exceed program income limits; call for income limit details. At-risk veteran households should call for eligibility requirements.
  • Requirements: Proof of military service, i.e.: Undeleted DD214, VHA Veteran's ID card, or HINQ; proof of income dated within 30 days; Photo ID; Social Security Card(s); and child(ren) birth certificate(s). If at risk, a 3-Day Notice to Pay or Quit, or notice to vacate and lease/landlord agreement is needed. Call for more information.
