  • Home Assessment & Diagnostic testing.
  • Repair or replace broken windows & glass.
  • Repair or replacement of nonfunctioning or hazardous water heaters, furnaces, and stoves.
  • Provide or replace microwave.
  • Installation of energy-efficient LED light bulbs and LED Torchiere Lamps.
  • Weatherstripping doors and windows.
  • Installation of low-flow shower heads & faucet aerators.
  • Installation of carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms.
  • Other Limited home repairs.

• Eligibility: Must be an income qualified household, senior or disabled. Available to home owners, as well as renters/tenants. Qualification documentation and home assessments are verified by outreach specialist and home assessor.
• Requirements: Proof of income -ID -Social Security card -Utility bills -Rent or mortgage statement, income for everyone 18 years and older -Owner's approval.
