  Provides eligible residents of Yuba and Sutter Counties with a utility bill credit. Heap will only credit one utility company every 12 months and that credit will take 8-12 weeks to appear on an elgibile client's utility bill. Clients are still responsible for paying their utility bill while the credit is being processed.

• Eligibility: Sutter County residents who are SMUD customers, PG&E customers, or use propane, oil or wood for energy. Credit will be determined by income and need. Must fall within the income guidelines:
  
  1 person household: Monthly income up to $2,296.93
  2 person household: Monthly income up to $3,003.67
  3 person household: Monthly income up to $3,710.42
  4 person household: Monthly income up to $4,417.17
  5 person household: Monthly income up to $5,123.91
  6 person household: Monthly income up to $5,830.66
  7 person household: Monthly income up to $5,963.18
  8 person household: Monthly income up to $6,095.69
  9 person household: Monthly income up to $6,228.21
  10 person household: Monthly income up to $6,360.72
• Requirements: -Application -Copies of all sources of income from everyone in household for the last six weeks -Copies of current utility statement from SMUD, PG&E, Propane, Oil and Wood Bills -Both Social Security card and State-issued identification for all adults in the household -Rental agreement or receipt, or a mortgage statement. Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants must provide current statement showing the rent amount, utility allowance and reimbursement payment
