  • Eligibility: An eligible applicant is one of the following:-A victim of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, or human trafficking-A household member of a victim-A reproductive health care facility employee, provider, patient, or volunteerAND is in fear for their own safety or the safety of a minor child or incapacitated adult.Other individuals who face violence, harassment, or threats of violence from the public because of their work for a public entity are also eligible for the Safe at Home program.Applicant must live in California and must be an adult applying on behalf of themself or be a guardian/conservator acting on behalf of a minor child or an incapacitated adult.
