Individual case management and peer support are also provided by SCC staff to youth in the community and on campus to facilitate linkages, connecting homeless and runaway youth with community resources and emergency supplies.Groups include: SuicideTALK workshops for suicide prevention are open to youth in the community and on campus, as well as to staff and community partners Life Skills Groups for adolescent foster youth on campus as well as foster youth and homeless youth in the community Adolescent Social Skills and Self Advocacy groups open to adolescent foster youth on campus LGBTQ Teen Support group which is open to youth in the community and on campus Seeking Safety Evidence-Based Practice curriculum for trauma and substance use which is open to adolescent foster youth on campusIntake Google Form
