  • Description: Offers free, peer-led support groups for participants to share their experiences in a safe setting and to gain support from others. Groups follow a structured model and encourage productive discussion. Group meetings are in-person and online. Support Groups:NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group: for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Groups are led by trained leaders and are 90 minutes long. NAMI Family Support Group: for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Groups are led by family members of people with mental health conditions and are 60 to 90 minutes long. Spanish groups are available. Register for a support group.
