- Description: E Center Migrant & Seasonal Head Start Preschool Centers and Family Child Care Homes provide quality child care and case management to low income families who work in agriculture (such as in produce fields, produce canning, and packing plants). Care is provided for children ages four weeks to five years of age for up to 12 hours per day during harvest time (from late Spring through mid to late Fall, depending on crop season).
