This would allow one to charge phone, hearing aids, and other devices. Preparation services by contacting people before an event to help them prepare. Before and during disaster events such as wildfires, provides help with: Developing emergency plans and identifying people who want help during a disaster. Safety evacuation plans. Identifying shelters. Providing interpretation services at shelters and at the Emergency Operation Center.
