The DMV will only be providing select transactions that can only be completed in a DMV field office. These transactions include: -replace or re-apply for Driver's Licenses, ID cards, Vehicle registration and title, Disable person paring placards, License plates and stickers, all free of charge for people who lost these items in a disaster -paying registration for a vehicle that was impounded due to registration-related issues -reinstating a suspended or revoked driver license -applying for a reduced-fee or no-fee ID -commercial driver license transactions, vehicle inspection, and basic control tests -applying for a disabled person parking placard -adding an ambulance certificate or firefighter endorsement to a driver license -verifying a transit training document to drive a transit bus -processing DMV Express customers for REAL ID transactions (must have already uploaded required documents online) -motorcycle drive tests -behind-the-wheel drive tests for those who have an appointment (Currently only available in Willows)
