  • Description: Provides the elderly and other homebound individuals with nutritious, balanced meals delivered to their homes. Meals are prepared in the Enloe Hospital kitchen and provide at least one-third of the recommended dietary allowance for adults. A registered dietitian plans the menus on a six-week rotation basis. The meals are generally low in fat and prepared with little or no salt added. Food is delivered hot and ready to eat.

  • Hours: Call for an appointment. Chico and Durham Meals are delivered 7 days a week, including holidays, between 10am-2pm. Magalia and Paradise are served Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, including holidays, between 10am-2pm. More clients in Paradise and Magalia are needed to maintain service.
