Provides on-demand ADA paratransit service within 3/4 of a mile of all local fixed routes, for eligible individuals. Offers youth ride free pilot program. From April 2024 to June 2025, all youth ages 6-18 will have free fares on all SolTrans Local Routes and Solano Express Lines. Provides local public transportation by fixed-route bus within Vallejo and Benicia. Offers Solano Express, a regional fixed-route bus service connecting to:
- BART at Pleasant Hill
- Walnut Creek
- El Cerrito del Norte stations
- The Solano Mall
- Solano Community College
- Fairfield Transit Center

ADA paratransit is available for persons with disabilities who are prevented from using fixed route bus service. An in-person assessment is required. For youth ride must be 16 to 18 years old. - Requirements: None for fixed route service. Bus driver may request proofs of age or disability to receive discounted fare. ADA Paratransit requires an application.
