- Eligibility: Rental deposit: Family with minor child(ren) (age 17 or under), senior (age 60 and over) or individual with disability (age 18 and over) Must not have accessed Season of Sharing (SOS) funds in over ten years Back rent: Individual or family who has not accessed SOS funds at any time in the past ten years Limited back rent or rental deposits available for single, non-disabled adults who have not used funds in the last five years.
