• Eligibility: We assist low income families with children 0 - 17 years of age, seniors 60 years or older, and people who have a disability (permanent of temporary). The applicant must live in Santa Cruz, have a lease or rental agreement in their name, have an eviction notice, and have proof of income. They also need to meet the Rental and Income guidelines.
• Requirements: Photo Id for adults, Birth certificates for the minors, Rental agreement, Proof of income, PG&E statement or other proof of address, Proof of the emergency of financial hardship that has to lead to the need for assistance.
